All prices are in SEK excluding VAT and shipping.
Payment terms
In case of invoice, 30 days net from the date of delivery after approved credit assessment. If the credit assessment is not approved, we reserve the right to deliver against a proforma invoice.
When paying by card, the card is debited immediately.
Orders from private individuals are sent against advance payment.
Payment of invoice only to our Bankgiro number. Payment advice is not accepted.
Minimum order amount is 500 SEK excluding VAT.
In case of delayed invoice payment, late payment interest is charged, according to the applicable reference rate + 8%.

Delivery terms
All shipments are made with our shipping company unless otherwise agreed.
Estimated delivery time: 3-6 working days.
Additional costs for shipping by express or similar are paid by the buyer.

Claims
Any claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of the delivery. Lost goods or damaged during transport must be reported by the buyer to the transport company for further processing. Claims must be approved by PARTEX LABELS SP. Z O.O. before the goods can be returned.

Returns/Repurchases
Returns/repurchases must be approved by PARTEX LABELS SP. Z O.O. before the return of goods takes place and notified to us within 14 days of receipt of delivery. In the event of an approved return, a delivery note must be attached to the goods with a return number and must be returned in the original packaging. The right of return does not apply to specially manufactured products or broken packaging. Goods where the original packaging has been destroyed/lost, components are missing and/or when the goods have been used, will not be repurchased. Returned goods must be well packaged and returned with a traceable parcel. In the event of an approved return, PARTEX LABELS SP. Z O.O. will credit the price of the goods excluding shipping costs. In the event of a repurchase, a handling fee of currently SEK 250 excluding VAT may be added. For private consumers, The Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts applies.

We reserve the right to any printing errors or other inaccuracies. We also reserve the right to price changes caused by, for example, international currency fluctuations or changes beyond our control.
